FacilGuard Solutions, LLC (“FacilGuard”, “we”, “us”) operates facilguard.com. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what we do with it.

Information you give us

If you submit the service request form, we collect the name, company, email address, phone number, property location and job details you enter. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry, assess the work and provide the services you asked about.

Form submissions are emailed to us and also stored in our website’s database so an enquiry isn’t lost if an email fails to deliver.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and consent on our service request form, or if you text our business number first, FacilGuard Solutions, LLC may send you informational SMS text messages about the service you requested: scheduling and confirmation, technician arrival notices, job status updates, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Data sharing

  • Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
  • Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the licensed messaging provider that delivers our text messages, solely for the purpose of sending the messages described above, and for no other purpose.

How we protect your information

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, use, or sharing of consumer data, and we do not transfer consumer data to external organizations except service providers strictly necessary to deliver requested services.

FacilGuard Messaging Terms and Conditions

  1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers.
  2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text ‘STOP’ to the phone number from which you received messages. After you send the SMS message ‘STOP’ to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at Cs@facilguard.com.
  4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary based on communication needs. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, or by calling (703) 544-8266.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type and pages requested. These are used for security and to keep the site running.

If website analytics are enabled, they record aggregate usage such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive. We do not use analytics to identify individuals.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us about a repair.

Who can access it

Enquiries are handled by the business owner. Information may be handled by service providers who operate our website and email on our behalf — our web host and email provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver those services.

We may disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of work discussed or performed. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

Email cs@facilguard.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
