Commercial work is all we do
FacilGuard Solutions is the commercial facility services arm of over ten years of hands-on repair, maintenance and construction work in Northern Virginia.
The person who assesses your job is the person who does it. That is how a small operation works, and it is why the scope you’re quoted matches the work you get.
Why commercial only
Plenty of vendors split their attention across every kind of property. FacilGuard doesn’t.
Commercial work is a different job. Different access constraints, different tenants, different documentation, different expectations around scheduling and invoicing, and a different standard for what “finished” means. A facility manager needs a vendor who already understands a work order queue, a net-30 cycle and an occupied building — not one learning it on your property.
Doing one thing means we’re better at it and easier to work with.
What we don’t do
Saying so up front saves everyone a phone call.
How we work
We assess before we quote
For anything past the obvious, we come look. Pricing from a photo is how a job gets repriced in week two.
We tell you what we won’t do
If a job needs a licensed specialty trade, or it’s outside what we’re good at, we say so. Referring you elsewhere costs us one job and keeps the relationship.
We document
What was found, what was done, what’s coming. You shouldn’t have to reconstruct a repair history from invoices.
We show up
On the day we said, in the window we agreed.
